Returns and Exchanges
For Returns and Exchanges of items purchased directly from Edge-Works Manufacturing Company by the retail end users, the customer is required to: Make contact with Edge-Works Manufacturing Company for a Return Authorization Number prior to sending any item(s) back. Edge-Works reserves the right to refuse items returned without authorization. Along with the return authorization number, all items returned must be accompanied with a written description of the problem and proof of purchase. For exchanges or warranty issues a current return address must be included.
Edge-Works Manufacturing Company will NOT refund purchases made through any other retail outlet or distribution channel.
Return shipping from the customer to Edge-Works is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded under any circumstance.
For security reasons, Edge-Works does not retain customer's Credit Card information. For Refunds or Credits, we may need to re-obtain your Credit Card information in order to credit your account.
We accept returns for refund as long as the item is in as-new condition, with all parts of items still attached, for up to 15 days from date of shipment. Any missing parts may disqualify the customer the full or part of the refund. Refunds are for the original amount, less shipping, and a 15% Restocking fee will be applied.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend insuring your return package for the original purchase amount, and that you use a delivery-confirmation service. We are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Gear that has been used, is dirty, missing parts, etc., will not be accepted for returns.
If there is a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to correct the problem in a timely manner. However, Edge-Works Manufacturing Company reserves the right not to warranty or support items purchased outside our approved network of Authorized Dealers.
If there is an error on our part in the processing of your order, such as; you received the wrong item or color, we will work with you to correct the problem in a timely manner. Edge-Works retains the right to require proof of purchase for any requested Return, Exchange or Warranty repair.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
All G-Code products are backed with a limited lifetime factory warranty. If ANY G-Code holster fails for any reason Edge-Works Manufacturing Company will repair or replace that holster free of charge. This Warranty is for the limited lifetime of the product but is strictly limited to the original purchaser. Please retain your invoice whether it's Edge-Works Manufacturing direct or an authorized dealer. A copy of your invoice is required for warranty issues.
